The FujiClean PVN series is a high-capacity commercial wastewater treatment solution designed to deliver reliable secondary treatment in a compact, lightweight fibreglass system.
Available in PVN80 and PVN160 configurations, the PVN range can treat up to 25.6m³ of wastewater per day in a single tank, providing an efficient solution for commercial and larger onsite wastewater applications.
Designed for straightforward installation and operation, the PVN system combines FujiClean's advanced contact filtration technology with low-power air blowers and simple wireless monitoring.

How does the FujiClean PVN system work?
Aerobic Contact Filtration – Advanced Wastewater Treatment
The FujiClean PVN system uses an aerobic contact filtration process to treat wastewater through a series of dedicated treatment chambers. Wastewater is progressively separated, biologically treated, clarified and disinfected before the treated effluent is discharged.
The treatment process combines:
- Sedimentation and solids separation
- Anaerobic filtration and denitrification
- Aerobic contact filtration and nitrification
- Water recirculation and sludge transfer using airlift pumps
- Clarification and final disinfection
Sludge collected in the anaerobic filtration and clarification chambers is continuously transferred back to the sedimentation chamber, helping maintain an efficient treatment process.
By combining these treatment stages within a compact system, the FujiClean PVN provides reliable effluent quality while supporting effective nitrogen reduction and wastewater treatment performance.
